About the Job
RevX Capital is expanding its Legal team and is hiring an AVP/Senior Associate – Legal. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in corporate and transactional law, particularly in private credit, structured finance, or special situations. The selected candidate will support the structuring, documentation, and execution of financing transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Company Secretary (CS) qualification. An LL.M. will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in corporate law, legal documentation, and financing transactions.
- Prior exposure to Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) structures will be an advantage.
- Prior experience with special situations credit transactions will be preferred.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including loan agreements, debenture subscription agreements, security documents, and other financing documents.
- Providing legal support for structuring and executing debt transactions across performing credit and special credit strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including SEBI and RBI regulations.
- Supporting negotiations with founders, investors, and other counterparties.
- Conducting legal research and providing analytical inputs on complex transactions and special situations.
