RevX Capital is expanding its Legal team and hiring for the role of AVP/Senior Associate – Legal. The role involves handling transaction documentation, providing legal support for financing transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting negotiations across debt and special credit transactions.

AVP/Senior Associate – Legal

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation including:
  • Loan agreements
  • Debenture subscription agreements
  • Security documents
  • Other financing documents
• Provide legal support for structuring and execution of debt transactions
• Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and RBI regulations
• Support negotiations with founders, investors, and counterparties
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical inputs on complex transactions and special situations

Eligibility

Candidates should possess:

• CS qualification and/or Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
• LL.M. qualification will be an added advantage

Experience Required

• Strong experience in corporate law, legal documentation, and financing transactions
• Experience in private credit, structured finance, or special situations
• Prior exposure to AIF/NBFC structures will be an advantage
• Experience with special situations credit transactions will be preferred

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities
• Ability to work closely with business teams
• Stakeholder management capabilities
