About the Job at Anhad Law

Anhad Law is hiring Senior Associates for its Dispute Resolution Practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for legal professionals with experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and court appearances.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

• Have 5–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised law school.
• Be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Possess strong knowledge of laws and legal procedures.
• Have prior experience in drafting pleadings and appearing before courts, preferably in Delhi.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, organisational, and communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Have experience in documentation, court work, and procedural matters.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Appearing before courts for hearings.
• Conducting in-depth legal research.
• Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Communicating with stakeholders, providing case updates, and advising on legal strategies.
• Handling legal research and drafting assignments.
• Managing documentation and court-related procedural work.
