About the Job
ANHAD LAW is hiring for Associate and Senior Associate positions in its Disputes Practice. This is a full-time, on-site role involving litigation work, legal research, and drafting.
Positions
- Associate (PQE: 1–2 years)
- Senior Associate (PQE: 3–5 years)
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized law school
- Membership with the Bar Council of India
- Prior experience in drafting pleadings and court appearances
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Appearing in court for hearings
- Conducting in-depth legal research
- Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents
- Communicating with stakeholders and advising on legal strategies
- Managing a balance between court appearances, research, and drafting
