About the Job
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring for the position of Senior Associate – Indirect Tax.
Eligibility
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Strong analytical and researching skills
- Proactive, reliable and with an attention to details
- Law Graduate from a reputed Law School with a strong academic track record
- Chartered Accountant
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax would be preferred
Responsibilities
- Drafting legal opinion on GST/ Customs issues
- Assisting in due diligence assignments and GST compliances
- Drafting response to show cause notice/audit, departmental enquiry and investigations
- Drafting appeals before Appellate Authority
