Juris Corp is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with 2-3 years PQE for our Dispute Resolution team in Mumbai with experience before NCLT/DRT/Commercial Courts.

Designation: Associate
Eligibility
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in NCLT/DRT/Commercial and Civil Courts
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). A master’s degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge in Insolvency and corporate laws is a must !
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file pleading before various Court and Tribunals
- Provide legal advice and support to the clients
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and provide training and guidance on legal matters
- Briefing senior counsels and counsels
