Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB
- PQE: 2-5 years
- Agreements and Contracts: Vetting, drafting, and negotiating agreements and contracts across various domains, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and mitigating risks.
- Transaction Advisory: Providing due diligence support, structuring PE/VC transactions, and other corporate transactions, and offering strategic and legal guidance.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Gurgaon.
