TMGURU LLP is looking for a motivated Associate to join its IP & Corporate Practice team.

Eligibility

• Freshers only.
• Law degree from a recognised university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
• AIBE cleared.
• The candidate must be a resident of Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public searches and prepare comprehensive reports, including opinions.
• Draft and file trademark applications and examination replies.
• Handle oppositions, counterstatements, rectifications, and evidences.
• Maintain and update the office’s MIS.
• Commute to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi.
• Brief clients and maintain portfolios.
• Handle miscellaneous litigation work, including drafting legal notices and suits.
• Attend hearings before District Courts, the High Court, and NCLT.

Location

Delhi, with commuting to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi.
