TMGURU LLP is looking for a motivated Associate to join its IP & Corporate Practice team.

Eligibility
- Freshers only.
- Law degree from a recognised university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- AIBE cleared.
- The candidate must be a resident of Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Conduct public searches and prepare comprehensive reports, including opinions.
- Draft and file trademark applications and examination replies.
- Handle oppositions, counterstatements, rectifications, and evidences.
- Maintain and update the office’s MIS.
- Commute to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi.
- Brief clients and maintain portfolios.
- Handle miscellaneous litigation work, including drafting legal notices and suits.
- Attend hearings before District Courts, the High Court, and NCLT.
Location
Delhi, with commuting to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi.
