About the Job

Eligibility
Candidates applying for the role should have:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Law firm and/or in-house transactional experience
- Exposure to technology, mobility, manufacturing, EV, logistics, or startup sectors
Responsibilities
- Handling corporate and commercial transactions
- Drafting and negotiating agreements and transactional documents
- Advising on compliance and regulatory matters
- Assisting in corporate structuring and strategic transactions
- Supporting transactional and advisory assignments
