About the Job
TASC Law is looking to hire Associate(s) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The role offers significant litigation exposure, including drafting and court appearances before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior litigation experience in Delhi is essential.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal pleadings, applications, and other litigation-related documents.
- Appear before courts and tribunals as part of litigation proceedings.
- Handle matters before:
- Supreme Court of India
- Delhi High Court
- Tribunals
- District Courts in Delhi
Salary
Compensation will be in accordance with the candidate’s profile and experience.
