About the Job

Stellar Advisors is inviting applications for two Associate (Corporate) positions as part of its growing corporate and commercial practice.

The role involves working on corporate and commercial advisory matters, transactional mandates, contract drafting, and cross-border assignments across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, consulting, and emerging technology.

The organisation is seeking motivated individuals interested in a fast-paced and hands-on learning environment with substantial exposure and responsibility.

Open Positions

• Associate (0–2 PQE) – Candidates graduating between 2024–2026
• Associate (2–4 PQE) – Candidates graduating between 2022–2024

Eligibility

Candidates should fall within the specified PQE and graduation year requirements for the respective Associate positions.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate and commercial advisory matters
• Assist with transactional mandates
• Draft and review contracts
• Handle cross-border legal work across various sectors
