About the Job
Steer World is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. The role involves handling corporate legal work, including contracts, compliance, and advisory functions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (Mandatory)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Experience in contract management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
- Understanding of corporate governance practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal agreements
- Providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Supporting regulatory compliance and corporate governance
- Managing legal documentation and records
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
