About the Job
Ethikore Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate. The role primarily involves litigation work across various courts and tribunals, with a focus on insolvency and commercial disputes.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Prior experience and/or appearances before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, and District Courts
- Strong drafting skills including pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions
- Familiarity with filing procedures across courts and tribunals
- Ability to handle matters with reasonable independence under supervision
- Sound understanding of corporate laws, arbitration, and insolvency framework
