About the Opportunity

SKJ Juris is looking for a talented Legal Associate.

Eligibility

• Candidate should possess strong verbal skill .
• Strong drafting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
• PQE: 2 years and above

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal pleadings, appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
• Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on a variety of legal issues, etc.
• Assist in litigation work including drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and written submissions; support the team in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Manage legal files, organize and archive documents, and maintain up-to-date documentation for active and completed cases.
• Drafting pleadings and submissions, representing clients in tribunals/arbitration forums, and delivering practical legal advice.
• Candidates will be actively involved in drafting pleadings, preparing case briefs, conducting in-depth legal research, and assisting in briefing the seniors on various matters.
