• Dispute Resolution Team (Litigation)
• Corporate Recovery Team
• IP Litigation & Prosecution Team

General Eligibility

Candidates applying for the roles should:

• Be law graduates
• Possess excellent legal drafting and research skills
• Be proficient in MS Office and relevant legal technologies
• Be available to work on a full-time basis
• Be open to travelling for outstation matters and meetings
• Be proficient in English and Hindi

Preference will be given to:

• Candidates qualified in AIBE and registered with the Bar Council of India
• Candidates who are immediately available to join

Position 1: Associate – Dispute Resolution Team (Litigation)

Eligibility

Minimum 3+ years of PQE in litigation

Responsibilities

• Interacting independently with Senior Advocates for briefings
• Preparing court documents, case files, and case briefs
• Independently handling court filings and appearances
• Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding case progress
• Managing case files in accordance with the firm’s SOPs

Position 2: Associate – Corporate Recovery Team

Eligibility

Minimum 3+ years of PQE in recovery matters, Section 138 matters, Lok Adalat matters, SARFAESI Act matters, DRT matters, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Researching, drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents relating to recovery matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, and Debt Recovery Tribunals
• Representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes, including contractual and arbitration matters
• Assisting in corporate advisory work
• Coordinating with clients, team members, senior counsel, and paralegals

Position 3: Associate – IP Litigation & Prosecution

Eligibility

Minimum 3+ years of PQE in IP Litigation and Prosecution

• Copyright matters
