About the Job
Shrivastava Law Associates is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its New Delhi office. The role involves handling litigation matters independently, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, appearing before courts and tribunals, and managing case-related responsibilities.
Eligibility
- Advocate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council and in good standing.
- Strong understanding of civil and commercial litigation procedure.
- Excellent English language proficiency and drafting skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and legal submissions.
- Conduct legal research.
- Appear before courts and tribunals.
- Manage matters independently.
