About the Job

Saraf and Partners is expanding its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice and is inviting applications for the position of Associate.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on sophisticated transactions, thrive in a fast-paced deal environment, and are keen to accelerate their professional growth.

Eligibility

• 9 months to 1.5 years
• Prior experience in M&A / Private Equity transactions
• Exposure to legal due diligence and corporate research
• Ability to prepare initial drafts of transaction documents
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Interest in working in a high-intensity transactional practice

Responsibilities

The selected Associate will:

• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
• Assist on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, exits, and reorganizations
• Support general corporate advisory matters
• Conduct legal due diligence and research
• Prepare initial drafts of transaction documents
• Assist the team in deal execution and transaction management
