About the Job

R. Singh & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. The selected candidate will gain extensive hands-on experience in contentious matters, client management, and legal strategy, while working closely with the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution teams.

The role involves representing clients before:

• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
• High Courts
• District Courts and other judicial or regulatory bodies

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Attending court proceedings and actively participating in litigation
• Briefing senior counsels and handling procedural aspects of cases
• Engaging in client consultations and dispute resolution
• Providing legal advice and representation to clients

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and litigation
• 1–3 years of prior experience (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Corporate Law, Taxation, Sports Law, Criminal Law, and related legal domains
• Must be enrolled with the respective State Bar Council
