Eligibility

• Science degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Patent Drafting & Prosecution: Patent drafting, FER responses, hearings, and prosecution management.
• Prior Art & Patent Searches: Patentability, FTO, Invalidity, and Landscape searches.
• Technical & Client Interaction: Understanding inventions and communicating effectively with inventors and clients.
• Independent Handling: Managing matters independently and mentoring junior team members.
