About the Job

ProSquad Legal is seeking to hire a Legal Associate for a full-time, in-office position at its Hyderabad office. The role offers exposure to contract drafting and vetting, corporate and commercial disputes, legal writing, and advisory work. The selected candidate will work closely with the firm’s legal team on a variety of commercial and corporate law matters.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience in corporate and commercial laws.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and vet contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in corporate and commercial dispute matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare legal opinions, notes, and written submissions.
• Contribute to legal writing and advisory assignments.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
