About the Job
The Office of Pulkit Goyal is hiring a Legal Associate to assist in matters relating to banking and finance litigation, insolvency proceedings, and commercial disputes.
The selected candidate will work on litigation matters before tribunals and courts, including drafting, legal research, court appearances, and client coordination.

Eligibility
Candidates applying for the role should have:
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters
Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to NCLT, DRT, or High Court work.
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and legal notices
- Appearing before courts and assisting during arguments
- Conducting legal research and preparing case files
- Coordinating with clients and assisting in briefings
Salary
Salary will be as per industry standards.
