About the Job

An opportunity is available for the position of Legal Associate in Gurgaon, Haryana. This is a Work From Office role with an Individual Contributor span of control.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Graduation from a recognised university
• LLB from a recognised university
• 1 to 4 years of experience in an LPO or in-house legal team
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success

Responsibilities

Contract Management:

• Support in the implementation and utilization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution
• Review template-driven contracts and finalize them in accordance with legal standards and company policies

Legal MIS Updates:

• Maintain and update the Legal Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Liaise with external lawyers and provide inputs and support in litigation matters

E-Signature Management:

• Manage and facilitate the use of e-signature tools to streamline the document signing process
• Ensure all e-signatures are collected in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Troubleshoot issues related to e-signature technology and coordinate with service providers as required

Obligation Abstraction and Management:

• Abstract key obligations from contracts and ensure accurate tracking and management
• Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate timely execution of obligations and manage associated risks
