About the Job
Naks Legal is looking to onboard two dedicated and meticulous Legal Associates to its growing team. The role involves litigation and drafting of civil and criminal pleadings, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, and vetting contracts and agreements.
Eligibility
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Freshers only.
- Excellent command of legal drafting.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Working knowledge of internet-based legal research using Manupatra and SCC.
- Candidates should be dedicated and meticulous.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting court pleadings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Vetting agreements, contracts, and commercial documents as assigned.
- Negotiating and discussing matters and assigned drafts with clients.
- Providing legal advisory and general legal opinions wherever required.
- Handling other professional activities as required.
Additional Information
- Court appearances are mandatory for this position.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
