About the Job

Applications are invited for 3 Associate positions for Litigation Associates with experience before the Bombay High Court. Candidates with exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters will be preferred.

This role is suited for professionals seeking a long-term litigation practice, with regular court appearances and drafting responsibilities.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of active litigation experience before the Bombay High Court
• Working knowledge of IPR procedures before the Registry and the High Court
• Well-versed with High Court appearances, filings, and procedural compliances
• Strong drafting skills, including petitions, applications, replies, and notices
• Ability to independently research matters and appear with confidence
• Willingness to associate on a long-term professional basis
