About the Job

Lexansh & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Litigation). The role involves handling litigation matters, assisting senior advocates in commercial disputes, and appearing before district courts while managing drafting and client coordination responsibilities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university
• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Handling matters relating to NI Act and RERA (UP, Delhi & Gurgaon)
• Assisting seniors in commercial disputes
• Appearing before district courts
• Drafting legal notices, pleadings, replies, and related documents
• Assisting in preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions
• Reviewing and summarizing evidence and case documents
• Attending court hearings and client meetings
• Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Maintaining case files and ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Supporting case strategy and legal research
