King Stubb & Kasiva is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Media & Entertainment (Non-Litigation) Team at the Mumbai office. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements within the media and entertainment sector.
Eligibility
4–6 years of experience
Experience in drafting and reviewing:
- Production agreements
- License agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Due diligence documentation
- Other non-litigation commercial work
