About the Job
KSK is hiring for the position of Associate – Banking & Finance (Non-Litigation). The role involves handling banking and finance transactions, including drafting and reviewing loan and security documents, conducting title due diligence, advising on financing structures, and coordinating transaction execution with relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of experience
- Experience in Banking & Finance (Non-Litigation) practice
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, mortgage laws, security creation, and project financing
- Exposure to infrastructure and structured finance transactions will be preferred
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple transactions independently
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet loan and security documents for banking and finance transactions, including infrastructure financing, HAM projects, LRD, term loans, and working capital facilities
- Prepare and review mortgage and security creation documents, including perfection and registration of charges
- Conduct title due diligence and review property and project-related documents
- Advise on financing structures, conditions precedent, disbursement requirements, and post-disbursement compliances
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, borrowers, and other stakeholders for transaction execution and closure
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal transaction timelines
- Maintain transaction records and support amendments, renewals, and restructuring of credit facilities
