About the Job
King Stubb and Kasiva is hiring an Associate – Intellectual Property for its Delhi office. The role involves handling trademark prosecution and opposition matters, IP litigation and enforcement, providing strategic IP advisory, and drafting and negotiating intellectual property-related agreements.
Responsibilities
- Handle trademark filings, prosecution, and opposition proceedings.
- Advise clients on trademark availability and infringement.
- Represent clients in IP-related litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Handle criminal enforcement actions relating to copyright infringement.
- Provide strategic guidance on IP protection and portfolio management.
- Advise on licensing and commercialisation of IP rights.
- Draft and negotiate IP contracts, including licensing and assignment agreements.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Intellectual Property law.
- Candidates with prior law firm experience will be preferred.
