About the Job
HKLO is hiring for its Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice. The opportunity is intended for legal professionals with relevant experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) litigation, particularly those with experience in drafting pleadings before tribunals and courts.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have 1.5–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a Chamber/Senior Advocate or a law firm’s IBC litigation team.
- Hands-on experience in drafting pleadings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Supreme Court is required.
- Strong legal research and due diligence skills are essential.

Remuneration
Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s post-qualification experience and expertise.
