About the Opportunity
KKLegal Law Firm is hiring an Associate Advocate – Real Estate ESG.
Eligibility
- Strong litigation & drafting skills
- PQE: 2–5 Years
- Education: LLB (3-year or 5-year) / LLM
- Confident in multi-stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of Real Estate Regulations & Compliance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Commercial Litigation & Contract Law expertise
- Drafting: plaints, written statements, interim applications, submissions
- Court Appearances: District Courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NGT, NCLAT & NCLT
- Travel Readiness across Delhi NCR (including Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad)
- Coordination & Communication with attorney teams for multiple client matters
