About the Job

INDALI Law Partners is seeking candidates with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation, preferably with substantial exposure to revenue and land-related matters. The ideal candidate will be adept at independently managing cases, drafting pleadings, appearing in court, and providing strategic legal advice to their clients.

Eligibility

  • LL.B. from a recognized university.
  • 2–3 years PQE in civil litigation; preference for candidates with experience in revenue and land matters.
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to appear before courts/authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside NCR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and appear in civil litigation matters across courts/forums.
  • Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case laws, and prepare case strategies.
  • Brief and coordinate with senior counsel.
  • Liaise with clients, provide updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements.
