INDALI Law Partners is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to join its Corporate Practice.
The role involves working on general corporate advisory, venture capital transactions, and real estate transactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in general corporate advisory, VC transactions, and real estate transactions
- Prior law firm experience preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on general corporate matters
- Assist in venture capital transactions, including due diligence and documentation
- Draft and review agreements, term sheets, and corporate documents
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on transactions
