About the Job

INDALI Law Partners is hiring one Legal Associate for its Gurugram office in the area of consumer litigation. The role is suited for candidates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in consumer, RERA, and civil litigation, preferably with exposure to real estate consumer disputes. The selected candidate will be expected to independently manage cases, draft pleadings, appear in court, and advise clients on legal strategy.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in consumer, RERA, and civil litigation
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in revenue and land matters
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and lead assignments with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Willingness to appear before courts and authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside NCR

Responsibilities

• Manage and appear in consumer, RERA, and civil litigation matters across courts/forums in Delhi/NCR and Chandigarh
• Draft and review pleadings, written statements, applications, and legal opinions
• Conduct legal research, analyse case laws, and prepare case strategies
• Brief and coordinate with senior counsel
• Liaise with clients, provide updates, and maintain professional relationships
• Ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements
