Eligibility
Candidates applying for the role should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in active litigation practice
- Strong courtroom and advocacy experience
- Exposure to matters before:
- District Courts
- High Court of Delhi
- Strong legal drafting and research abilities
- Professionalism, ownership, and advocacy skills
Preference will be given to Delhi-based candidates.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years in active litigation practice
Responsibilities
- Handling complex litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
- Appearing before courts
- Participating in litigation strategy conferences
- Independently conducting matters
- Coordinating on active litigation files and case preparation
