About the Job
Euler Motors is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience to support business, compliance, and litigation matters across multiple geographies.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate/in-house legal teams or law firms
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation, litigation support, and corporate/commercial law
- Working knowledge of employment and labour laws
- Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and MIS
Responsibilities
Contract Review and Management: Drafting, vetting, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, vendor, customer, and employment contracts
Litigation and Dispute Management
- Handling litigation and arbitration matters
- Coordinating with external counsels
Legal Advisory: Advising HR, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams on legal matters
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across India, KSA, and UAE
- Assisting in mitigating legal risks
Research and MIS
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting legal opinions
- Managing dashboards relating to contracts, litigation, and compliance
