About the Job
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate (Trademark / Intellectual Property Rights) for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad.
Eligibility
- Qualified to practice law in India
- 2–3 years PQE in trademark prosecution
- Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural trademark laws
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines
- Long-term commitment preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
- Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
- Attend show cause hearings
- Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
- Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
- Manage client portfolios and client communication
