About the Job
Intellect Goodwill LLP is hiring a Junior Intellectual Property Associate for its Indore office, offering exposure to comprehensive IP practice and international filings.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / LL.M. degree
- Experience in handling IP matters (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Design laws (preferred)
- Experience with international filings (advantageous)
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Familiarity with legal research tools and IT systems
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IP portfolios
- Handle prosecution, opposition, and enforcement matters
- Draft and file trademark, copyright, patent, and design applications
- Conduct trademark searches and legal research
- Appear before Registrars / Examiners
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and arguments
- Draft and review IP agreements and legal documents
- Manage legal documentation and databases
