DM Legal is looking for a dedicated legal professional to join its Litigation team as an Associate – Litigation in Real Estate.
The role is suited for candidates interested in advocacy and litigation practice, with experience in handling litigation, arbitration, advisory, and related matters.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory work.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings and appearing before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
- Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage matters and handle client interactions.
- Fluency in Marathi is required.
- Prior law firm experience is preferred.
