About the Job

DM Legal is looking for a dedicated legal professional to join its Litigation team as an Associate – Litigation in Real Estate.

The role is suited for candidates interested in advocacy and litigation practice, with experience in handling litigation, arbitration, advisory, and related matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong experience in litigation, arbitration, and advisory work.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings and appearing before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
• Exposure to commercial disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters and handle client interactions.
• Fluency in Marathi is required.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.
