Desai Billimoria & Associates is hiring an Associate for its Civil and Commercial Litigation and Conveyancing team.
Eligibility
- Advocates having 1 year to 1.5 years of experience in litigation practice at the High Court of Bombay may apply
- Candidates should be Advocates residing in Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Handling Litigation matters at the High Court of Bombay and City Civil Courts
- Co-ordinating with Counsel
- Drafting legal documents including but not limited to Praecipes, Petitions, Legal Notices, etc.
- Drafting and vetting of Deed of Transfer, Release Deed, Wills, Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, etc.
