Desai Billimoria & Associates is hiring a Non-Litigation Associate for its Mumbai office. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, conducting legal research, and supporting the firm’s litigation team.

Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognised law school in India.
1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in assisting and/or independently handling legal transactions.
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
Candidates must be based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
- Leave and License Agreements
- Lease Agreements
- Sale Agreements
- Development Agreements
- PAAAs
- Legal Notices
Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
Work on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
Support and assist the litigation team.
