About the Opportunity
Dainik Bhaskar Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join their team and contribute to their legal operations.
Eligibility
- A law degree (LLB/LLM) with strong academic credentials.
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
- Providing legal advice and support to internal teams.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing legal risks and resolving disputes effectively.
