About the Job

Cogneesol is urgently looking for Legal Associates. 

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognised university.
• Excellent drafting skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools for document creation and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Contract Management: Support the legal team in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including reviewing contract terms, tracking key dates, and maintaining Contract databases.
• Managing legal documentation and maintaining organized legal databases.
• Legal Support: Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Legal Department.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their legal needs and provide timely assistance and guidance. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address legal issues and support business objectives.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about developments in the legal field and participate in training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
