Eligibility

LLB degree from a recognised university.
Excellent drafting skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools for document creation and management.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal requirements.
Contract Management: Support the legal team in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including reviewing contract terms, tracking key dates, and maintaining Contract databases.
Managing legal documentation and maintaining organized legal databases.
Legal Support: Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Legal Department.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their legal needs and provide timely assistance and guidance. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address legal issues and support business objectives.
Professional Development: Stay informed about developments in the legal field and participate in training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
