About the Job
DIAC is hiring for the position of Deputy Counsel.
Eligibility
- Essential: A person enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961, with any State Bar Council and having 3 years of post-qualification experience as of 01.09.2024.
- Desirable:
- Diploma or Postgraduate/LL.M in Arbitration Law/Commercial Law/Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- Five years of experience at the bar.
- Research and analytical skills, writing ability, and good knowledge of computer software for legal research.
Salary
Consolidated gross amount of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per month.
