The selected candidate will primarily work on commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, corporate disputes, and insolvency matters, among other areas, before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.

Eligibility

Applicants should possess:

• 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior experience in handling matters relating to commercial litigation, civil litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes.
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• The ability to independently handle matters and assist in proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora.
