About the Job
AAN Legal is hiring an Associate – Real Estate to join its Real Estate Practice in Mumbai. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions, title due diligence, regulatory advisory, and commercial documentation while collaborating with experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- An LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Exposure to real estate law, particularly title due diligence and property documentation, will be preferred.
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting title due diligence and preparing title investigation reports.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, including Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, and related agreements.
- Advising on RERA compliance and other real estate regulatory matters.
- Supporting land acquisition, development projects, and financing transactions.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions.
- Liaising with clients, government authorities, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate transaction execution.
