About the Job
Proplex Consulting LLP is hiring a Lawyer for its Real Estate Practice in Delhi/NCR. The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in Delhi real estate laws, property documentation, title due diligence, and registration-related matters.
Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate/property law.
- Sound knowledge of Delhi real estate laws.
- Practical experience in property documentation, title due diligence, and registration-related processes.
- Strong drafting skills.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting property-related documents, including Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Relinquishment Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Collaboration Agreements, and other real estate documents.
- Conducting title due diligence, including reviewing the chain of title, encumbrances, ownership records, mutation documents, revenue records, authority approvals, and related documents.
- Coordinating with clients, developers, government authorities, Sub-Registrar Offices, and other stakeholders.
- Advising on stamp duty, registration requirements, property transfer procedures, and documentation compliance in Delhi/NCR.
- Managing client communication, legal research, drafting, and end-to-end documentation support.
