About the Opportunity

Goyel & Goyal is hiring across its Corporate & Transactions and TMT / Frontier Tech practices, with 6 openings across New Delhi and Bengaluru offices. Candidates will have strong growth opportunities and competitive remuneration.

1. Associates – Corporate & Transactions (2 Positions)

Location: New Delhi (1), Bengaluru (1)

Practice Areas: VC, M&A, General Advisory

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment documentation
• Conducting legal due diligence on investee companies
• Corporate advisory and commercial contract review

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years PQE in corporate advisory and VC transactions
• Strong interest in venture capital, M&A, and regulatory landscape in India

2. Senior Associates – Corporate & Transactions (3 Positions)

Location: New Delhi / Bengaluru

Practice Areas: VC, M&A

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment documentation for clients
• Conducting legal due diligence
• Corporate advisory and commercial contract review

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years PQE in VC transactions and M&A
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

3. Associate – Frontier Tech, Data Protection & Advisory (1 Position)

Location: New Delhi / Bengaluru

Practice Areas: Media & Frontier Technologies, Data Protection, General Advisory

Responsibilities

• Advising on regulatory and product compliance (TMT, fintech, aerospace, frontier tech)
• Advising on Digital Personal Data Protection Act and data privacy frameworks
• Drafting commercial contracts and technology licensing arrangements
• Research on regulatory frameworks (MeitY, RBI, and other regulators)

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year PQE in TMT, data protection, or technology/commercial contracts
• Interest in technology law and emerging regulatory frameworks
