The Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Redhakhol Forest Division invites application for the post of Legal Advisor.
Name of the Post: Legal Advisor
Eligibility
- Age Limit: 35 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with master’s degree in law (LL.M.)/ PhD, especially with specialization in Environmental Law / Forest Law / Criminal Law.
- Candidate must be a registered advocate with the Bar Council of India / State Bar Council.
- Experience as an Advocate in handling Criminal Cases, Forest & Wildlife offence cases, Environmental matters, and Writ Petitions in Sub-ordinate Courts/ District Courts/High Courts.
- Experience in government litigation or as a Legal Advisor in any government department/PSU is preferred.
Salary
Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- month
