About the Job
Applications are invited from qualified lawyers with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. The role requires familiarity with transaction documentation and involvement in corporate transactions.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE);
- Strong exposure to M&A transactions;
- Familiarity with stan
- Term Sheets;
- Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs);
- Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs);
- Ancillary closing documents.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public markets or listed company advisory work will be an added advantage.
Additional Information: Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are not eligible for this role.
