About the Job
ASAP LEGAL is looking for a full-time Lawyer based in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, preparing legal arguments, and representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the respective Bar Council of India.
- Licensed to practise in India.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and analyse legal issues.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Candidates with exposure to banking and financial-related matters will be preferred.
