About the Job
ASAP Legal and Advocates is hiring Lawyers/Advocates for full-time positions in New Delhi and Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with respective BAR Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licensed to practice in India.
- Ability to research and analyse legal issues.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Candidate having exposure in Banking and financial related matters would be preferred.
Responsibilities
The Lawyer would be required for drafting, preparing legal arguments, and representing firm and clients before various courts and legal forums.
Location
New Delhi and Mumbai
