About the Job

They are seeking Corporate Lawyers with a strong background in legal matters to join our team in Chennai.

Eligibility

Qualification: B.B.A. + LL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M. / Ph.D. (Law)
Experience: 2 years
Strong understanding of corporate law and regulations.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and other corporate matters.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Proficiency in legal research and staying updated with relevant laws and regulations.
Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and more.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and agreements.
Conduct legal research to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide proactive legal guidance.
Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
