About The Organisation
Kamkus College of Law (KCL), Ghaziabad, established in 2007 under the aegis of Bhagirath Sewa Sansthan, is a legal education institution approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University. The college offers LL.M., LL.B., B.A. LL.B. and B.Com. LL.B. programmes.
The institution promotes experiential legal education through moot courts, debates, ADR activities, trial advocacy, judgment writing, seminars, workshops and other academic initiatives. KCL also provides students access to legal research resources including SCC Online, Manupatra, DELNET and SWAYAM.

About The Opportunity
The Kamla Sukul Memorial National Moot Court Competition 2026 is being organised by Kamkus College of Law, with SCC Online as the Official Sponsor. The competition is scheduled to be held on 24th and 25th October 2026 at Bhagirath Campus, B-Block, Sector 23, Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The Kamla Sukul Memorial National Moot Court Competition 2026 provides law students with an opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills in:
- Legal research
- Memorial drafting
- Critical legal analysis
- Oral advocacy
- Courtroom presentation
- Application of legal principles
The competition will consist of Preliminary Rounds, Quarter-Final Round, Semi-Final Round and Final Round. A separate Researcher’s Test will also be conducted on 24th October 2026.
The competition aims to provide a platform for students from law institutions across India to engage in legal scholarship, advocacy and academic exchange.

Eligibility
The competition is open to students pursuing either a 3-year or 5-year law degree from any recognised Law College or University in India.
Each team may consist of:
- Three members: Two Speakers and One Researcher; OR
- Two members: One Speaker-Researcher and One Speaker.
Only one team per institution is permitted.
The language of the competition shall be English.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is:
₹1,500/- per team
