NSDL Payments Bank is looking for someone who can support our legal, compliance, and documentation functions end-to-end.
Eligibility
- 1+ year experience in corporate legal or law firm (BFSI/Fintech preferred)
- Strong drafting & communication skills
- Ethical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in legal tools
- LL.B. (LL.M. is an added advantage)
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and provide support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Manage compliance and documentation
- Maintain records and contract repositories
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks
- Identify preliminary risks
- Assist in dispute resolution and query handling
