Eligibility
- LL.B. or BA.LLB graduates.
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience in Direct Tax Litigation.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drafting appeals, grounds of appeal, and written submissions.
- Conducting legal research and analysing tax laws and judicial precedents.
- Preparing paper books and assisting in proceedings before CIT(A), ITAT, and the Delhi High Court.
- Handling direct tax litigation matters.
