About the Job
Rajan Malhotra & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate at its office in Tilak Nagar, Delhi.
The role is suited for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are keen to build a career in litigation.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers may apply)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
- Ability to assist in court matters (independent handling is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and legal notices
- Assist in court proceedings and case management
- Coordinate with clients and follow up on cases
- Prepare and review legal documentation
