About the Job
Anveshan is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Legal & Compliance for its Gurugram office.
The role involves handling legal drafting, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and supporting transaction and fundraising processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Assist in transaction documentation (SHA, SSA, SPA)
- Ensure compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI, and labour laws
- Handle regulatory compliances including FSSAI and factory-related matters
- Support fundraising and investment processes
Eligibility
- LL.B. / CS / Semi-qualified CS
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in legal services
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
